  I became late with my loan after having some complications during my pregnancy which put me on bed rest and a leave from my job. I contacted TitleMax to inform them of my situation was told I was just making excuses. First of all how dare you-you don't know me. Once I went back to work I went into TitleMax to payoff my loan. I was told that was not possible. After asking why I was told I had to make payments to cover interest incurred. All I wanted to do was pay it off. I informed them that my bank account could not be used, due to the mess with Target my banking information changed. I informed TitleMax I was waiting for new bank card and checks. Once I received my new information I went back in again to payoff my loan. I was told no again. Are you kidding me. My account is now in collections. I am being penalized for wanting to payoff my loan but was told no because of interest rates. I sent an email to customer service. They were the ones that informed me my account was in collections. Due to greed and ignorance my credit is being affected. I want something done!!!
