- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE!!!! I was in the store not 5minutes to buy three sets of bedroom furniture for rental property. I ask the guy about the delivery process and shared with him the reviews online where really bad about the furniture being damaged. He got loud and began to question me about where Do i eat out at over and over as I didn't give a answer and asking at the same time who doesn't have bad reviews instead of saying something positive about the place of business he works for. No customer service skills at all!!! I suggested a better way to deal with customers as he continued to talk loud. I then shared I will not be purchasing anything from here and all the reviews sound correct concerning customer service oh and as I was walking out he yelled gone on then you can write a review matter of fact write two. Clearly whoever allowed him to have this position doesn't care. I don't remember his name he's really thin light skinned tattoos with far back braids or ponytails.By Dchilds Childress, May 13, 2017

I did not have any issues when I called the store to resolve the problem. I came back in and Tom was very nice! He helped me with my exhange and also to pick out a beautiful new set that would both match and fit my home.
