  No one that works here has the same information. I got here at 10 am, waited in line for the information desk for 25 minutes to be told I wasn't told to bring the correct identification items when I called. After a 40 minute roundtrip drive, I have been sitting in the waiting area for an hour & 30 minutes with 20 people in front of me in the queue. A new number hasn't been called in 15 minutes.

  They are so unorganized. I called this office on a Thursday & inquired about what time they stop accepting people for services & I was told that I needed to be there by 4:30 because they closed at 5pm. I made it there at 4:20pm that Friday & the rude security guard asked my 13 y/o daughter & NOT me, "What yall here for?" Who says yall at work? But told him to get her an ID. He asked was it the 1st time & I said yes & he advised that they had shut down the systems for the day & that I would have to return on Monday. I went back that Monday & purposely went earlier, around 3:00pm & was then told that they shut down at 2:30pm. So I was turned around again, for not apparent reason other than they need to stop talking to each other & get the people in & out of there so they can operate during their operating hours. People don't have money & time to keep running up there only to be turned around for their incompetence.
