- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Paychex was a an alright company to use for my business, that's until I decided to close my account with them due to my business having financial difficulties. After closing my account, Paychex continuously tried taking funds out of my account, funds that werent there! I requested to close my account two weeks ago (June 7, 2017) It is now June 22, 2017, they try taking funds from my account at least every other day!!! I am now in the hole $160 & counting!! I communicated with them and was assured that they wouldn't try and take funds out of my account and they still are!! DONT USE THEM!! THEY'RE CROOKS!!!By Clarissa Baile, October 08, 2016
