- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆It seems that Ace just will hire any ignorant person off of the street. Everytime I have gone into this location to reload my card the employees act like it's social happy hour at the local cock bar. They are loud and obnoxious and talk over you to talk to someone they know personally. One employee just sat on the phone for 30 minutes while I stood in line waiting to be helped. Have been a loyal customer since October and now will be cancelling my account and going to another location. I tried to apply for a loan, and waited for an hour and signed a bunch of paperwork, then was told that I was denied, yet I had to sign an income verification paper. When I called and asked why I was denied, I was told that my income couldn't be verified yet I had check stubs that had every week I had ever been paid right in front of them. Doesn't make since. I suggest going to another place, unless you want to wait in line to deal with idiots. Walmart money center has everything Ace has, yet do not charge as much and more convenient.By Thomas Leon, October 21, 2016
